The Outside Web Team for B2B SaaS Companies
Max Performance designs, builds and maintains marketing websites for B2B SaaS and technology companies. One monthly plan, one owner of the structure, no handover.
Why Max Performance exists
B2B SaaS marketing teams got smaller while the surface they own got bigger. One or two people now carry positioning, content, campaigns, the website and the reporting.
The teams that solve it hire one person who can design, build and structure a site with AI behind them, and cover the work of several roles. Most companies cannot hire that person, or do not have enough of that work to justify a salary.
Max Performance is that function from outside: the same range of work, on a monthly plan, without the headcount.
Who runs it
Ed Perez has worked in professional design since 2004, starting as Creative Director at El Corte Inglés, designing at Zara, and leading design teams at Mango as Head of Design for Mango Man and Mango Kids.
He went independent in August 2015 and moved his focus to the web in 2020. Max Performance now works only with B2B SaaS and technology companies, building in Webflow and Next.js.
Ed holds Webflow Certified Partner status and works in English with teams across the United States, the United Kingdom, Ireland and Europe.
How Max Performance works
One owner of the structure. The same standard applies before and after launch, so the site does not drift when new pages arrive.
Published prices. $8,500 for a rebuild, $3,500 per month for the plan. No discovery call needed to see a number.
Requests in a sentence. No briefs, no ticket templates, no scoping call for a paragraph change.
Claims limited to what is controllable. Max Performance promises structure, turnaround and the work itself. Rankings, demos and revenue depend on your product and your sales team as much as on your website.
What Max Performance does not do
No ecommerce, no local business sites, no template resales, and no guaranteed-results contracts. Companies that already employ a Head of Web do not need an outside web team.
