How Working With Max Performance Works
Two ways in, one way of working. Either Max Performance rebuilds the site first, or the monthly plan takes over the site you already have.
Both start the same way, with a Gap Audit that shows what the current site loses before anyone talks about scope.
Step one, the Gap Audit
A walkthrough of your current site, page by page, with what is missing and what it costs you in structure, conversion and search visibility.
It is a delivered review, not a sales presentation. Teams use the findings whether they hire Max Performance or not.
Step two, choose the entry point
The rebuild , when the structure is the problem: no reusable templates, positioning that no longer matches sales, a CMS that cannot hold what you publish.
The monthly plan , when the structure works and the site simply has nobody to move it forward.
Step three, the first 30 days
Week 1.
Sitemap, heading architecture and messaging hierarchy agreed in one session, baseline recorded in Search Console.
Week 2.
Design system: homepage plus one reference page per template.
Week 3.
Build, with CMS collections, schema per page type and responsive behaviour.
Week 4.
Redirect map, QA on the rendered code, launch.
On the plan without a rebuild, month one is the audit findings turned into a prioritised queue, with the first request live within 5 business days.
Step four, how the queue runs
Requests arrive in a sentence,
by message, email or on the weekly call.
One request is active at a time,
in the order you set, and you reorder whenever priorities change.
Most land within 48 hours.
Bigger pieces get an agreed date when they enter the queue.
The queue stays visible,
so nobody has to ask where something is.
What Max Performance needs from your team
One person who can say yes. Decisions, not documents.
Product screenshots and access to the site, the CMS and Search Console.
Thirty minutes a week on the call. Everything else sits on this side.
What you get every month
The work itself, shipped as it clears the queue
A weekly 30-minute call for priorities
A monthly report against the month-one baseline
A structure that stays intact as the site grows, rather than drifting page by page
