Two ways to work with Max Performance: a one-off rebuild when the structure is the problem, and a monthly plan when the site needs to keep moving.

Both numbers are published, because comparing three agencies should not require sitting through three discovery calls first.

The two options

The rebuild. One-off project.

$8,500

For B2B SaaS sites where the structure itself is the problem.

  • Weeks 2 to 4: design system, one reference page per template, build and technical SEO
  • Launch: URL and redirect map, schema per page type, QA on the rendered code
  • After launch: the structure documented, so your team publishes without breaking it
The full scope
  • Page architecture per page type
  • CMS collections and fields
  • JSON-LD per template
  • Internal linking rules
  • Core Web Vitals verified
  • One-hop redirect map

What changes the price

Page count. The rebuild covers the core set of a B2B SaaS marketing site. A library of forty use case pages is a bigger project and gets quoted after the Gap Audit.

Custom development. Anything beyond a marketing site, such as programmatic pages, app integrations or a documentation system, is scoped separately.

Copywriting. Max Performance structures the messaging and the section order. When your team has no writer, full copy gets quoted as an add-on rather than absorbed silently.

Add-ons and one-off projects

Spread the rebuild. $3,000 per month for 3 months on the monthly plan, instead of $8,500 upfront.

Two active requests. For teams that regularly need parallel work, at an agreed monthly increase.

One-off pages. A campaign landing page or a single template, quoted on its own.

Standalone audits. Structure, technical SEO or AEO, delivered as a report when a plan is not the right fit yet.

The guarantee and the capacity limit

Your first request on the plan goes live within 5 business days of starting, or that month is free.

Max Performance runs 3 active plans at a time. When they are full, new teams get a start date rather than a slower service.

Pricing FAQs

$8,500 fixed for strategy, design, build, migration and launch in 30 days, with page count, custom development and copywriting quoted separately when they apply.

Because the buyer shortlists faster, and because a published price filters out the conversations that were never going to close. Both save your time and ours.

No. It runs month to month, and you can pause or cancel whenever you want.

Yes, and most teams do. The plan usually starts the month the new site goes live.
